Sponsor opportunities
If you have any unspent CSR money, or affinity budget that you need to clear, we also offer a sponsor credit (logo) on all our print – and probably a decent poster run – for £300. This would add your logo, as a Festival sponsor, to a minimum of 27.5k pieces of print (1p per item).
We’re open to negotiations on naming or other branding exercises as well as additions to Liverpool Irish Famine Trail assets, too. Next year we’ll have a book and a documentary coming out, so if these are of interest, please contact us to have a conversation about these.
General information
- The deadline for printed adverts will be Fri 6 Sept 2024
- All artwork will be provided by you (with a minimum 300dpi quality for print, 96dpi for digital) according to the specifications above and no later than Fri 6 Sept 2024. We will invoice you once you’ve sent us your artwork, with a 14-day payment term
- All print run values are subject to an uptake of advertisers/grant fund availability (known by 6 Sept 2024). Print runs may rise or fall depending on fund securities, but the numbers suggested above are our minimum. The more organisations that invest, the higher we will go. Last year we ran 55k leaflets, posting 50k and printed 7k newspapers
- We always use FSC assured stock, and we’ll cap our print to what we believe we can feasibly distribute
- If we’re already working in partnership with you, these offers are in addition to anything we’ve already agreed. We’re not going back on anything we’ve already offered; this is all extra!
- Please note space is limited: priority is offered to cultural organisations and businesses from within Liverpool or Ireland and from those with Irish connections, based on our readership. Others will be considered
- All adverts must be inclusive, licence free and within the bounds of decency.
- This newspaper is distributed by the Festival to family audiences. Selection will be at Liverpool Irish Festival’s discretion. The leaflet is usually distributed to homes via Royal Mail and venues by us. We’ll determine final volumes and methods when we know how much revenue we have, based on adverts and grant funding, all of which will be finalised on 6 Sept 2024.

If you’d like to secure space with us, please email [email protected] ensuring your artwork is properly set up according to the dpi and pixel sizes provided above. CMYK files are preferred, supplied as .pdf, .tiff or .eps files, with the fonts outlined. To find out how to outline fonts, click here.
Once you’ve emailed, we’ll get your space secured ASAP.
Thank you
All revenue generated through this campaign will directly help the Liverpool Irish Festival (charity number: 1100126) and the work we’re doing on developing the Liverpool Irish Famine Trail. Our charity work supports artists and creatives, volunteers and local communities. Our 2024 launch takes place at the Liverpool Irish Centre from 6pm on Thurs 17 Oct 2024 and, whether you use any of the options above, we’d love to see you there. Thanks for reading.
Your support is needed more than ever, as arts funding has never been harder to secure and the cost-of-living crisis is squeezing our audiences so tickets have never been harder to sell. Your investment makes a difference for us.
We look forward to presenting your business to our audiences.
